I dont think there is any symitery in both designs, both are quite different.
it is not copied at all....
the foot is very common icon....
any one can use it. it is not considerd as copy.

but it's *identical*. the only thing they changed are the colors. not that it really matters, but it's still in poor taste.

yes this is not copy both are good logos.
